Returns Policy

What is your return policy?

Our returns policy gives you up to a month in certain situations to cancel your order. You can see the full details below. 

Otherwise, the statutory 14 day return limit is in place.

Orders cancelled

If the item is undamaged, completely unopened and unused in the original wrapping exactly as received, then you may return the item as unwanted for up to one month from the date you receive it! This applies to all orders placed from January 1st 2022 onward.

You will be responsible for postage costs and ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition received.

​

Please note that if the item returned does not satisfy these requirements, we will not accept it.  Fair use applies, customers may return up to 6 items under this policy.  Otherwise, 14-day terms will automatically apply. Maximum limit per customer per lifetime of returns under this policy is £150 (inc VAT).

If you exceed the limit, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Accepting a return above this limit does not mean we must accept further returns above this limit and we will judge each case on its merits.

Fair use also includes but is not limited to one use per household / address. This policy only applies to consumers and not to customers purchasing items for resale.

We also reserve the right not to honour this policy if we feel it is being manipulated, sole interpretation of manipulation to rest with Inferno Cards Ltd. You agree that this is fair and reasonable when returning goods under this provision.  This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

This policy will NOT apply to trading card products including single cards and any other non-sealed products, the normal 14 days statutory returns period will apply here instead.  This is due to the volatility of trading card game product market prices. 


Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after confirming receipt of the items.

Finally, note our returns policy does not extend to wholesale accounts, who can only return products that are faulty.


Trading card game products include Pokémon, Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, sealed products and single cards. Any game that has booster packs and single cards that fluctuate in price we are classing as a trading card game product under this policy.

Other Returns

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake on your order or your item has suffered a manufacturing fault, then please contact us at support@infernocards.co.uk. Most manufacturing faults can be quickly resolved via an email to the manufacturer. If you wish to return an item in these circumstances we will cover the postage costs for your return up to standard shipping.



Pre-order cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up until the order has shipped, which is usually one day before the official release date. If a pre-order product has fallen in price since you ordered it, we can refund you or issue store credit for the difference, so you get the lower price. This applies up to the point the order is dispatched.



Damaged Items Policy

Although we try our best during the packing stages to ensure that your order arrives with you safely.  Unfortunately, whilst in transit, damage can occur. If an item arrives with you damaged, please take as many photos of the box your order arrived in which clearly shows the shipping label, along with photos of the damage to the item. Do not open the damaged product as we may require it back if we are able to replace this. If you suspect that your order may be damaged before opening the parcel, please take a photo as this provides an additional level of evidence when we submit this to the courier. Without these, we will be unable to raise a claim with the courier, so it is imperative these are provided when you send us an email about this. Reports of damages should be sent to us within 7 days of you receiving your order. Anything outside of this time, we may be unable to assist with. Depending on the complexity of the claim, it may take a while for the couriers/suppliers/manufacturers to investigate what has happened to your parcel. We are unable to offer any refunds/returns until the couriers/suppliers/manufacturers have made their decision.


Lost Items Policy

We would hate to think that your parcel got lost on it's way to you, however sometimes situations like this may occur. If your parcel hasn't been received and you are a UK customer, get in touch with us and we will be able to advise, if your parcel is coming via Royal Mail, please allow 10 working days after your parcel was due to be delivered as we will be unable to get involved until this time has passed. When we get in touch with the courier they will have to investigate to find out the location of your parcel and see what has happened with this, depending on the complexity of this it may take some time for them to locate and provide an update back to us, We are unable to offer any refunds/replacements until the couriers have completed their investigation of the parcel
